★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei nesse depósito, mas tive uma experiência desagradável comprei um conversor em dezembro e já tive problema.Fui até o depósito com a nota para trocar pois estava na garantia mas o vendedor disse que tinha passado dos 30 dias eu tinha que mandar para a assistência. Liguei para verificar e para minha surpresa eu teria que mandar para Minas Gerais e assim que chegar eles me mandariam outro. Não compre dessa marca Imagevox.
I always bought from this warehouse, but I had an unpleasant experience, I bought a converter in December and I already had a problem. I went to the warehouse with the note to exchange it because it was under warranty but the seller said that it had passed the 30 days I had to send it for assistance . I called to check and to my surprise I would have to send it to Minas Gerais and as soon as it arrived they would send me another one. Do not buy from this brand Imagevox.
