O complexo industrial da refinaria é distribuído numa área de aproximadamente 13 km² e é responsável por cerca de 4,8 bilhões de reais por ano em impostos pagos ao governo. Um total de 55 produtos [1] são comercializados por esta refinaria, dentre estes óleos básicos para lubrificantes, diesel, gasolina, GLP, nafta, querosene de aviação, parafinas, óleo combustível e aguarrás.
E mesmo assim o entorno dela é abandono , perigoso por causa da violência e muito pobre.
The Duque de Caxias Refinery - Reduc is today the most complete and complex refinery in the Petrobras system, having been inaugurated in 1961, with only six units, in addition to the powerhouse. It is located on the Washington Luís Highway, km 113.7, in the Campos Elísios district (Duque de Caxias).
The refinery's industrial complex is spread over an area of approximately 13 km² and is responsible for approximately 4.8 billion reais per year in taxes paid to the government. A total of 55 products [1] are sold by this refinery, among these base oils for lubricants, diesel, gasoline, LPG, naphtha, aviation kerosene, paraffins, fuel oil and turpentine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polo Industrial companheiros, o local precisa com certeza ser isolado de residências e demais localidades que possam sofrer com um possível acidente que ponha em risco a integridade dos moradores.
Infelizmente com o crescimento desordenado do bairro as residências encontram-se cada vez mais próximas da Refinaria . Isso não é bom .
Fellow Industrial Pole, the place certainly needs to be isolated from homes and other locations that may suffer from a possible accident that endangers the integrity of the residents.
Unfortunately with the disordered growth of the neighborhood the residences are getting closer and closer to the Refinery. This is not good .
