★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salão muito bom no RJ. Da primeira vez que fui realizei um corte com hidratação que ficou muito bom! Depois voltei quando descobri que lá também tem um studio de pircing. Coloquei um e o resultado foi que já quero colocar outro! Atendente muito simpática e prestativa. Localização bem central e estrutura incrível. Recomendo muito!
Very good room in RJ. The first time I went I made a hydration cut that was very good! Then I came back when I discovered that there is also a pircing studio there. I put one and the result was that I already want to put another! Very friendly and helpful attendant. Very central location and amazing structure. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tem um lugar que eu gosto para fazer procedimentos no meu cabelo é no Reflect, sempre que vou nunca saio de lá com uma reação menor do que a de satisfação e surpreendida pelo atendimento e o ótimo serviço prestado.
Danussa é maravilhosa com as mão de fada dela, assim que der estarei de volta.
Super recomendo.
If there is a place I like to do procedures on my hair, it is at Reflect, whenever I go I never leave there with a reaction less than satisfaction and surprised by the service and the great service provided.
Danussa is wonderful with her fairy hands, as soon as I can, I'll be back.
I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local confortável, realizei corte e tintura, a tintura durou 10 dias em meu cabelo e escorreu toda. O cabelo ficou com 3 cores. Liguei para reclamar e a recepcionista mais uma vez perdida disse que a atendente iria estar no salão no dia seguinte e ela me ligaria para dar um parecer e nada. Só avistei dois profissionais no local. Fiz as unhas e a manicure realmente foi uma boa profissional. Recepcionista(gerente) parecia um pouco perdida, pedia várias vezes por uma água e um café e a mesma esquecia. Pedi um salgado da carta de alimentos e o mesmo veio congelado.
Não recomendo.
Comfortable place, I performed cutting and dyeing, the dye lasted 10 days in my hair and all drained. The hair was 3 colors. I called to complain and the once-lost receptionist said the attendant would be in the salon the next day and she would call me for advice and nothing. I saw only two professional on site. I made the nails and manicure really was a good professional. Receptionist (manager) seemed a little lost, asked several times for water and coffee and forgot about it. I ordered a salty chart of food and it came frozen.
I do not recommend.
