Várias vezes após a aula tive vontade de desistir da carreira por me sentir tão desvalorizado lá.
I was a teacher in that space and I don't recommend it to education professionals. The students are great and dedicated, but the way the institution treats teachers is quite sad.
Several times after class I felt like giving up my career because I felt so devalued there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Trabalhei quase 1 mês. Sumiram minha frequência que eu anotava os dia que ia, para assim não ter a prova do "tanto" que trabalhamos. O valor que pagam é menor que o valor que trabalhamos. As condições de trabalho são péssimas (professor de reforço tendo que atender aí mesmo tempo estudantes de séries/conteúdos diferentes).
O que era para receber de salário só término do meu trabalho eu só quatro meses depois, no Natal e aperreado muito. Ficaram ainda devendo 50 reais que "perdoei". Mas tenho conhecidos que nunca receberam ou quando receberam foi pela metade. O dono e a dona são dois enrolões.
Cobram uma fortuna das mensalidades dos alunos e pagam uma mixaria no salário dos professores.
Horrible experience. I worked almost 1 month. My frequency that I wrote down the days I went was gone, so as not to have proof of "so much" that we work. The amount they pay is less than the amount we work for. The working conditions are terrible (reinforcement teacher having to attend students from different grades / contents at the same time).
What I was supposed to receive as a salary was only when I finished my job, only four months later, at Christmas and I was really busy. They still owed 50 reais that I "forgave". But I have acquaintances who never received it or when they received it it was half. The owner and the mistress are two fools.
They charge students a fortune from tuition and pay a mixed fee on teachers' salaries.
