Perdi uma tarde inteira de trabalho ao qual poderia ter sido evitado por uma única ligação da empresa pra mim. ATENDAM AO TELEFONE!
DO NOT answer the phone even though I have been calling all afternoon. Made me wait all afternoon. For 17h to answer and say that the technician could not go. Lack of respect. I lost an entire afternoon of work that could have been avoided by a single call from the company for me. ANSWER THE PHONE!
