Sorry. Too bad, they changed things unnecessarily (product was new, just needed adjustment) and the device came back worse... very sad ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Cooktop da Philco que veio sem uma trempe. A própria Philco me indicou essa empresa para me atender neste caso, me fornecendo essa peça, visto que ainda está na garantia. Uma semana passando informações sobre modelo, fotos de etiquetas etc, para no final eles quererem que eu pague 70,00 pela peça faltante. Péssimo atendimento. Jamais indicaria pra ninguém. Só atendem pelo whatsapp, pessoalmente, é uma boca de porco.
I bought a Philco Cooktop that came without a shake. Philco itself referred me to this company to assist me in this case, providing me with this part, as it is still under warranty. A week giving information about the model, photos of labels etc, so that at the end they want me to pay 70.00 for the missing part. Terrible attendance. I would never recommend it to anyone. They only answer through whatsapp, personally, it's a pig's mouth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um fogão Dako pela Americanas, a entrega foi ok tudo certinho. Eu contatei a Dako para conversão do fogão e fui indicado que seria essa empresa que faria o serviço. Um serviço que nunca foi feito, passei semanas sem a conversão esperando eles, eles falaram que vieram ao prédio mas não tinha ninguém em casa, sendo que estou o dia inteiro em casa por conta do home office e o prédio tem portaria 24 horas. São completamente amadores e mentirosos, não indico a ninguém procurar essa empresa.
I bought a Dako stove by Americanas, the delivery was ok, everything was ok. I contacted Dako for stove conversion and was told that this company would do the job. A service that was never done, I spent weeks without the conversion waiting for them, they said they came to the building but there was no one at home, and I am at home all day because of the home office and the building has a 24-hour concierge. They are completely amateurs and liars, I do not recommend anyone to look for this company.

Faço um alerta a vocês.
JAMAIS levo seus produtos nesse lugar, tanto particular ou seguro por alguma loja.
Eu deixei o meu liquidificador são mas de 4 meses sem entregar o produto. Eles dizem que estão esperando a peça, mas é somente o copo do liquidificador.
Além de está na garantia de 1 ano eu coloquei garantia estendida por mas 1 ano.
Comprei na magazine Luiza liquidificador marca PHILCO.
Eles também não entrega nota sobre ordem de serviço e não atende as ligações.

I NEVER take your products in that place, either privately or secured by a store.
I left my blender healthy but 4 months without delivering the product. They say they're waiting for the part, but it's just the blender cup.
In addition to the 1 year warranty I have extended warranty for 1 year.
I bought a PHILCO brand blender at the Luiza magazine.
They also don't deliver a service order note and don't answer calls.
