★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi uma péssima experiência com a prestação de serviços desta empresa! Na qual confiei através de indicação, mas me decepcionei! Minha geladeira sempre funcionou em perfeito estado, foi pra uma simples higienização, duas semanas depois não gelava mais! Eles alegaram ser um outro problema, e queriam me cobrar mais um valor absurdo pra outro serviço! Estou com a geladeira sem funcionar, muitos alimentos estragados, e um prejuízo ABSURDO! Não recomendo de jeito nenhum está empresa!
It was a terrible experience with the provision of services from this company! Which I trusted by referral, but I was disappointed! My refrigerator always worked in perfect condition, it was for a simple cleaning, two weeks later it didn't freeze anymore! They claimed to be another problem, and wanted to charge me another absurd amount for another service! I have the refrigerator not working, lots of spoiled food, and an ABSURD loss! I do not recommend this company at all!

Após décadas de bom serviço na cidade de Limeira e de construir um nome respeitado, me surpreendi quando Dorigan filho levou minha geladeira para consertar por 200 reais e depois me avisaram que por problemas não previamente identificados o conserto sairia por 400. Até aí tudo bem, não sou técnico de geladeira. Realizei o pagamento e não foi me dado nenhuma nota fiscal. Como sabia do nome da empresa no mercado, não me preocupei. Pois então dias depois de gastar esse incrível valor para uma geladeira usada, ela para novamente de funcionar. Chamo os Dorigan novamente, aparece novamente o Dorigan filho e um orçamento de 200 reais é passado pois a resistência havia supostamente queimado e a garantia não teria valor já que não foi "culpa dele" (em suas palavras). Não me conformei com o valor, afinal já havia gasto 400 reais. Não autorizei o serviço. Ao chamar outro técnico, foi constatado que a resistência (supostamente queimada) estava em perfeito estado. Custo do conserto: 30 reais. Conclusão: Fiquem atentos pois tradição e nome hoje em dia não significa mais idoneidade.
The common cycle of many family businesses lives: Father builds, son destroys. After decades of good service in the city of Limeira and building a respected name, I was surprised when Dorigan son took my refrigerator to fix it for 200 reais and then he warned me that for problems not previously identified, the repair would cost 400. So far so good, I'm not a refrigerator technician. I made the payment and no invoice was given. As I knew the name of the company on the market, I didn't worry. Then days after spending that incredible amount for a used refrigerator, it stops working again. I call the Dorigan again, the Dorigan son appears again and a budget of 200 reais is passed because the resistance had supposedly burned and the guarantee would have no value since it was not "his fault" (in his words). I was not satisfied with the value, after all I had already spent 400 reais. I did not authorize the service. When calling another technician, it was found that the resistance (supposedly burned) was in perfect condition. Repair cost: 30 reais. Conclusion: Stay tuned because tradition and name nowadays does not mean more suitability.
