★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei da rapidez no serviço mas tive que ligar para saber se o orçamento estava pronto e depois tive que ligar novamente para saber se o serviço estava finalizado, com isso seria legal agendar e ligar nas datas combinadas, com o cliente, avisando sobre o orçamento e sobre a conclusão do serviços e não deixar para o cliente.

Só não darei 5 estrelas pelo fato do trabalho apesar de ser bom, é demorado, tipo de 1 a 2 semanas....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ liguei na loja e fui muito bem atendido. me passaram o celular do técnico para que ele avaliasse a possibilidade de realizar um orçamento na minha geladeira e o atendimento foi péssimo, seco, sem interesse algum em saber qual seria o serviço e simplesmente disse que hoje não dava mais. perderam um possível cliente pela falta de educação do técnico. precisa aprender a lidar com clientes. se ele está tendo um dia ruim, eu também estou, com minha geladeira quebrada. só que ele depende de clientes como eu, mas eu não dependo dele. e nem por isso fui mal educado.
