★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento fui 2 vezes ao local solicitar orçamento e ficaram de passar pelo zap. Passaram 3 dias e nada, acabei fazendo com outra empresa que no mesmo dia que fiz orcamento já instalou meu ar. Não recomendo.
Poor service I went 2 times to the local request budget and they were to go through the zap. Three days passed and nothing, I ended up doing with another company that the same day I did budget already installed my air. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais são excelentes mas a empresa deveria fornecer o kit de limpeza com a bomba e a bolsa coletora pra AR SPLIT. Acabam por causar um transtorno danado com água e sujeira caindo por todos lado. O patrão só quer faturar mas não dá condições de trabalho adequada.
The professionals are excellent but the company should provide the cleaning kit with the pump and the collection bag for AR SPLIT. They end up causing a damn disturbance with water and dirt falling everywhere. The boss only wants to earn money but does not provide adequate working conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei um funcionário que ficou ao telefone e foi incapaz de pelo menos pedir un instante para nos sinalizar algo, em vez disso ele depois de um tempo virou as costas e foi falando ao telefone para o fundo da loja.
Tinha um SENHOR sentado dentro da loja e resolvi não incomoda-lo, pois parecia estar fora de serviço e me viu e nao falou nada.
Continuo utilizando o estabelecimento, porém cada vez menos. Desculpe por alguma coisa.
I waited for an employee who stayed on the phone and was unable to at least ask for an instant to signal us something, instead he after a while turned his back and went on the phone to the back of the store.
There was a LORD sitting inside the store and I decided not to bother him, as he seemed to be out of service and he saw me and said nothing.
I continue to use the establishment, but less and less. Sorry about something.
