★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com meu freezer. O pessoal da Gelaresmaq teve a preocupação de entender o que tinha acontecido para poder saber assertivamente como resolver o problema. Resolvemos quase tudo pelo whatsapp antes de virem trocar a peça de fato.
Muitas empresas cobram visita e informam orçamentos exorbitantes sem ao menos saber o que está acontecendo, mas a Gelaresmaq é diferente, existe de fato a preocupação em resolver o problema acima de tudo.
Recomendo, são educados, honestos e sabem o que fazem.
I had a problem with my freezer. Gelaresmaq's staff took care to understand what had happened in order to be able to assertively know how to solve the problem. We solved almost everything by whatsapp before they came to change the part in fact.
Many companies charge visit and inform exorbitant budgets without even knowing what is happening, but Gelaresmaq is different, there is in fact the concern to solve the problem above all.
I recommend, they are polite, honest and know what they are doing.
