★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dou nem 1 estrela, pois pra mim são caloteiros, chamei o técnico para olhar minha geladeira, me falaram que cobrariam a visita caso eu não fizesse o serviço com eles o técnico olhou e me disse que levaria uns 15 dias para me passar um orçamento pois teria que ver com o fornecedor, paguei os 20 reais da visita e não tive mais resposta, liguei por 2 vezes e me falaram que iam passar para o técnico que me atendeu e até hj nada isso já tem uns 3 meses. Não paguem a visita antes, pois não voltam.
I don't even give 1 star, because for me they are deadbeat, I called the technician to look at my fridge, they told me that they would charge the visit if I didn't do the service with them, the technician looked and told me that it would take me about 15 days to give me a budget because it would have to do with the supplier, I paid the 20 reais for the visit and had no more answer, I called 2 times and they told me that they were going to pass it on to the technician who attended to me and until now this has been about 3 months. Do not pay the visit before, as they will not return.
