TENHO CERTEZA DE QUE EXISTEM OUTRAS EMPRESAS COM PREÇOS JUSTOS.
IT WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I AGREED TO SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND . CHARGED, ABUSIVE, PIECE AND REPLACEMENT PRICE ON A WASHING MACHINE.
I AM SURE THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES WITH FAIR PRICES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou pra conseguir falar. Quando consegui, a atendente, muito educada, me disse que não consertam mais climatizadores.
Infelizmente, também não soube me indicar alguma empresa na cidade que possa solucionar meu problema.
Se não vai mais prestar o serviço, seria no minimo um cuidado com os clientes, ter outro profissional para indicar (obviamente que sem se responsabilizar pelo serviço do outro).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente local. Já comprei 3 aparelhos de ar condicionado com eles, em diferentes épocas, e sempre fui muito bem atendido. A moça que faz o atendimento é muito educada e solícita. Sabe explicar a diferença entre os aparelhos, apresenta os pontos positivos e negativos de cada um deles, sabe calcular a correta potência do aparelho para cada ambiente e lhe dá todos os dados para decidir a melhor compra. Os aparelhos sempre chegaram antes mesmo do término do prazo. O pessoal técnico são muito competentes e fizeram um ótimo trabalho e sem sujeira. Ao saírem nem dava para ver que teve que perfurar parede e etc. Serviço limpo e correto. Também ensinam o básico da utilização do aparelho. Outro profissional muito bom foi o eletricista indicado por eles. Um ótimo profissional, muito competente, fez uma instalação elétrica impecável.
A loja também dão manutenção em geladeiras e máquinas de lavar roupa.
Gosto muito desse pessoal e recomendo a todos.
Great spot. I already bought 3 air conditioners from them, at different times, and I was always very well attended. The girl who does the care is very polite and helpful. It can explain the difference between the devices, presents the positive and negative points of each, knows how to calculate the correct power of the device for each environment and gives you all the data to decide the best purchase. The devices always arrived even before the deadline. The technical staff are very competent and did a great job and no mess. When they left they couldn't even see that they had to drill a wall and so on. Service clean and correct. They also teach the basics of using the device. Another very good professional was their electrician. A great professional, very competent, made a flawless electrical installation.
The store also service refrigerators and washing machines.
I like these people very much and recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendendimento foi excelente no inicio, fizeram a avaliação do problema, consertaram a geladeira que estava com excesso de congelamento. Após a troca de uma peça ela voltou a normalidade, porém ainda na GARANTIA a geladeira apresentou o mesmo problema.
Entrei em contato com a empresa e eles indetificaram que seria necessária trocar uma outra peça, ela foi trocada ,mas me cobraram o valor da peça R$180,00, mesmo estando na GARANTIA, ou seja não fizeram a avaliação correta do problema, e o conserto foi baseado apenas em trocas de peças, perdi vários alimentos além de pagar o conserto por duas vezes R$250,00 + R$180,00, desrespeito total ao cliente, só visaram o lucro.
The service was excellent at the beginning, they evaluated the problem, fixed the refrigerator that was freezing too much. After replacing a part it returned to normal, but still under the WARRANTY the refrigerator had the same problem.
I contacted the company and they identified that it would be necessary to exchange another part, it was exchanged, but they charged me the value of the part R$180.00, even though it was under WARRANTY, that is, they did not correctly evaluate the problem, and the repair was based only on parts exchanges, I lost several food items in addition to paying the repair twice R$250.00 + R$180.00, total disrespect to the customer, they only aimed at profit.
