Pediu para que eu levasse minha geladeira até o local e eu disse que não teria como pois ela está em uso .O homem que me atendeu parecia estar fingindo anotar as informações. Tanto que estou esperando a visita e até hoje nada. Acho que se não pode fazer o serviço é melhor informar do que fazer a pessoa faltar nos compromissos esperando uma visita técnica.
I was not well answered on the phone. He asked me to take my refrigerator to the place and I said that I would not be able to because it is in use. The man who answered me seemed to be pretending to write down the information. So much so that I am waiting for the visit and until today nothing. I think that if you can't do the job it is better to inform than to make the person miss the appointments waiting for a technical visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não posso nem dizer que o atendimento foi péssimo, porque nem fui atendida. Agendei 3 vezes a visita e 3 vezes não compareceram ,nem justificaram a falta de compromisso..
Só dei uma estrela porque se não der não consigo postar o comentário. Mas para mim a classificação é zero.
I can't even say that the service was terrible, because I wasn't even attended to. I scheduled the visit 3 times and 3 times they didn't show up, nor did they justify the lack of commitment..
I only gave one star because if I don't I can't post the comment. But for me the rating is zero.
