Além de não cumprirem com o prazo agendado para a visita, me informaram posteriormente (sem sequer verificar meu equipamento) que não fariam o serviço e sugeriram que eu chamasse outra pessoa.
A visit was requested so that they could check the defect in my air conditioning (as they informed me that they worked with this service). In addition to not meeting the deadline scheduled for the visit, they informed me later (without even checking my equipment) that they would not do the job and suggested that I call someone else.
