★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento técnico na residência péssimo, o técnico foi mau educado, fez a instalação da mangueira e deixou vazamento de gás, não testou antes. Muito triste e ainda foi pago 150,00 pela mangueira. Bom o preço até nem importa mas a falt educação com duas idosas é horrível!!!!
Technical assistance at the residence is terrible, the technician was rude, installed the hose and left a gas leak, he did not test it before. Very sad and was paid 150.00 for the hose. Well, the price doesn't even matter but the lack of education with two elderly women is horrible!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fábrica devia procurar outra assistência em Vitória. São péssimos profissionais. Não comprarei nada da Consul de agora em diante. Fazem a visita técnica, não acham a peça no fabricante e cancelam dizendo que não conseguem falar comigo. Conta outra, essa não colou.
The factory should seek further assistance in Vitória. They are bad professionals. I will not buy anything from the Consul from now on. They make the technical visit, they don't find the part at the manufacturer and cancel it saying they can't talk to me. Tell another one, this one didn't stick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda de uma tampa de máquina e simplesmente esperei por 4 meses, e a tampa não chegou! Na última ligação alegaram que estava em falta na fábrica, sendo que já havia dito que a tampa estava em loja porém não conseguiram localizar. Péssimo atendimento! Não indico pra ninguém!
I placed an order for a machine cap and simply waited for 4 months, and the cap never arrived! In the last call they claimed it was missing from the factory, and they had already said that the lid was in store but they couldn't find it. Terrible attendance! I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei substituir a porta do meu microondas Brastemp antigo e eles fizeram o serviço. Apenas demorou muito porque tiveram que encomendar a peça na fábrica, já que aquele modelo não está mais disponível no mercado. Preço justo pelo serviço.
I needed to replace the door on my old Brastemp microwave and they did the job. It just took a long time because they had to order the part at the factory, as that model is no longer available on the market. Fair price for the service.
