★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao público, afirma que não faz orçamento mais pois não precisa disso mais, se o cliente levar a máquina ele diz que pode "dar uma olhada" mas o serviço dele tem o prazo de 3 meses. Isso tudo palavras dele e curto e grosso! Agora nem todo mundo tem condição de levar a máquina e ficar sem ela por 3 meses, cada um trabalha como quer e acha melhor, mas quem tem contato ou atende ao público deveria no mínimo ter jeito para falar com as pessoas! Fica aqui a minha experiência com essa empresa!
Poor customer service, he says he doesn't make a budget anymore because he doesn't need it anymore, if the customer takes the machine he says he can "take a look" but his service has a 3-month term. This is all his words and short and thick! Now not everyone is in a position to take the machine and be without it for 3 months, each one works as he wants and thinks better, but whoever has contact or serves the public should at least be able to talk to people! Here is my experience with this company!
