Sendo que prometeram o orcamento em dois dias!! E nao fizeram nada para se retratar com o cliente? Voces nao tem vergonha de oferecer um servico desse??? Nao sei como uma empresa dessa ainda continua no mercado! Eu era um cliente de longa data!! Agora nunca mais!! Nao indico e nem recomendo!!
Rude! They do not know how to treat the client, they do not keep their word, much less with deadlines !! I called to charge term and they were VERY rude! I was almost 1 month without washing machine !! Being that they promised the budget in two days !! And they did nothing to portray themselves with the client? Aren't you ashamed to offer such a service ??? I don't know how such a company is still on the market! I was a longtime customer !! Now never again !! I do not recommend nor recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal mto enrolado, não recomendo, liguei 3 vezes pra virem ver minha máquina de lavar, e prometeram vir e até hj estou esperando, falta de respeito e profissionalismo, não dão nenhuma satisfação. Só tem à perder clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei hoje (um sábado) às 8:30 porque minha geladeira pifou, perguntei se poderiam vir ainda hoje. Disseram que sim porque já tinham uma visita no mesmo bairro, mas que seria até meio dia... Fiquei esperando em casa, sendo que tinha outras coisas pra resolver. Às 11:30 liguei pra confirmar se realmente vinham e, pra minha surpresa, disseram "hoje não vai mais dar tempo". Como assim??? E nem iam me avisar?? Perdi a manhã inteira e talvez fique sem geladeira o fim de semana inteiro por causa de um descaso e uma falta de compromisso gigantesca. Primeira experiência e já frustrada, deveria ter visto os comentários negativos antes.
I called today (a Saturday) at 8:30 am because my fridge broke down, I asked if they could come today. They said yes because they already had a visit in the same neighborhood, but it would be until noon ... I was waiting at home, since I had other things to solve. At 11:30 I called to confirm if they were really coming and, to my surprise, they said "today there will be no more time". As well??? And they weren't even going to warn me ?? I lost the whole morning and I may be without a refrigerator the whole weekend because of a lack of attention and a huge lack of commitment. First experience and already frustrated, I should have seen the negative comments before.
