★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fartura de peças para geladeiras, lavadoras etc e ótimas orientações. E ainda preço muito bom. Primeira vez que fui nessa loja e já fui cativado. Fui num sábado, sendo que eles atendem de 7h30 às 16h sabados...outras lojas desse tipo abrem 9h e fecham 12h... Para mim que tenho os sábados para soluções cadeiras, a Refrimaquinas é agora ponto certo.
 Plenty of parts for refrigerators, washers etc and great guidelines. And still very good price. First time I went to this store and was already captivated. I went on a Saturday, and they open from 7:30 am to 4 pm Saturdays ... other stores of this type open 9am and close 12pm ... For me that I have Saturdays for chair solutions, Refrimaquinas is now the right point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sinto muito ofendido com o tratamento que recebi nessa empresa... Só queria fazer um orçamento e fui tratado com grosseria pelo funcionário e vou fazer o concerto em outra empresa pagando mais caro porém sendo bem atendido...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ decepcionado, custo alto, efetuou troca das borrachas diferente das peças originais que não vedavam, me gerando prejuízo com a perda de produtos que estão nos compartimentos do freezer e da geladeira e danificou um banco de madeira. Quando retornou para corrigir os problemas gerados, não substituiu as borrachas, demonstrando mal profissionalismo, com péssimo atendimento e com arrogância. Conclusão, não recomendo e pense 10 vezes antes de arriscar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei está empresa e mandaram outra pessoa terceirizada que fez a troca de uma peça e após o mal funcionamento da mesma não voltou pra efetuar a troca nem me deu assistência,perdi várias coisas no freezer e nem dão satisfação me obrigando a tomar outras providências...o dito preço justo é ilusório
I asked this company and they sent another outsourced person who exchanged a part and after it malfunctioned, he didn't come back to make the exchange or give me assistance, I lost several things in the freezer and they don't even give me satisfaction, forcing me to take other measures.. .the said fair price is illusory
