O atendimento foi dentro do prazo combinado, os funcionários foram cuidadosos e atenciosos (não sujaram nada!!!) e o preço foi justo.
Gostei também dos equipamentos que usaram. Nunca tinha visto uma limpeza de ar sem sujar o local!
Recomedo a Refrimax!
I really enjoyed their work and highly recommend!! My house smelled after cleaning the air in the rooms, a delight!
The service was within the agreed deadline, the employees were careful and attentive (they didn't get anything dirty!!!) and the price was fair.
I also liked the equipment they used. I've never seen an air cleaning without getting the place dirty!
I recommend Refrimax!

Perguntei o valor. A moça começou respondendo assim "ah... mas você mora em casa térrea ou sobrado? Porque a gente cobra 420 por instalação, mas sobrado é muito difícil, então a gente precisa ver antes o lugar..."
Aí eu perguntei como fazia pra pessoa ir ver a minha casa e ela respondeu "ah... a gente está com a agenda super cheia... eu tenho que ver se consigo te encaixar... preciso ver se vai ter alguma instalação aí perto..."
Uma falta de vontade absoluta em sequer PEGAR o serviço. Atendimento horrível! A pessoa parecia estar cansada de gente ligando pra perguntar orçamento, ou estar com preguiça de estar trabalhando dia 03 de janeiro.
Honestamente, se o primeiro contato com o cliente é assim, imagino como é o serviço...
I called to inquire about air conditioning installation and it sounded like I was begging them to do a favor.
I asked the value. The lady started by saying "ah... but do you live in a one-story house or a two-story house? Because we charge 420 per installation, but a house is very difficult, so we need to see the place first..."
Then I asked how I would make the person go to see my house and she replied "ah... we have a super full schedule... I have to see if I can fit you in... I need to see if there will be any installations there close..."
An absolute unwillingness to even GET the service. Horrible service! The person seemed to be tired of people calling to ask for a quote, or being lazy to be working on January 3rd.
Honestly, if the first contact with the customer is like that, I can imagine how the service is...
