É preciso se humilhar várias vezes durante dias para tentar conseguir respostas simples e, ainda assim, ficar sem resposta alguma. A LG precisa urgentemente de uma autorizada que trate os clientes com o mínimo de respeito e competência.
Terrible attendance. Inefficient and let me down whenever I needed it. You have to humiliate yourself several times a day to try to get simple answers and still have no answers at all. LG urgently needs an authorized that treats customers with a minimum of respect and competence.

They hold the service for several days and are looking for problem after problem to charge more, even charging the service for the same value as the product purchased new. HORRIBLE

Terrible customer service! Exchange of information between employees, they said that my machine had been delivered, and there was not! They didn't tell me the real defect of the machine and they didn't fix it!
