Estou a loja desde as 10:30 para trocar a bobina do compressor do ar-condicionado pensando eu que na loja tinha essa bobinha mas não tem, e mesmo não tento a peça desmontaram o necessário para a bendita troca só que já são 15:46 e tô eu aqui. Como fazem uma desmontagem para troca de peça sem ter a peça???? Comoooo??!!??
My experience was not good.
I've been at the store since 10:30 to change the air conditioning compressor coil, thinking I had this coil in the store but it doesn't, and I don't even try the part, they dismantled what was necessary for the blessed exchange, but it's already 15:46 and I'm here. How do you dismantle to change the part without having the part???? Howooo??!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei me carro para fazer um orçamento do ar condicionado na Refrison no Village Rio das Ostras pois o mesmo parou de funcionar repentinamente. Queriam cobrar R$50,00 pelo diagnóstico. Condenaram o compressor R$1.900,00, o condensador R$800,00 (por estar sujo). Recarga de Gás original R$280,00 para recarga e fazer limpeza do sistema R$450,00, núcleo de válvula R$100,00, mão de obra R$580,00, totalizando R$3.630,00.
No mesmo dia fui em outro profissional e pedi também um orçamento. Onde o diagnóstico correto foi a queima da bobina do compressor R$100,00, óleo do compressor R$50,00 , troca do gás R$200,00 e mão de obra R$ 100,00, totalizando R$450,00. E resolveu o problema no mesmo dia.
Enfim, fiquei muito indignado com a Refrison pois agiram de[Editado pelo Reclame Aqui]e acredito que estejam enganando muitos clientes em Rio das Ostras
OBS: não merece nenhuma estrela e sim uma denuncia no PROCON.
I took my car to make a budget for the air conditioning at Refrison in Village Rio das Ostras because it suddenly stopped working. They wanted to charge R$50.00 for the diagnosis. They condemned the compressor R$1,900.00, the condenser R$800.00 (for being dirty). Original Gas Recharge R$280.00 to recharge and clean the system R$450.00, valve core R$100.00, labor R$580.00, totaling R$3,630.00.
On the same day I went to another professional and also asked for a quote. Where the correct diagnosis was the burning of the compressor coil R$100.00, compressor oil R$50.00, gas change R$200.00 and labor R$100.00, totaling R$450.00. And solved the problem the same day.
Anyway, I was very angry with Refrison because they acted [Edited by Reclame Aqui] and I believe they are deceiving many customers in Rio das Ostras
NOTE: it doesn't deserve any stars, it deserves a denunciation in PROCON.
