★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre utilizei os serviços da Refritec, tanto na minha casa, quanto no meu escritório. No sábado a mangueirinha do purificador que liga na torneira, quebrou. Mandei a foto e falei com eles, segundo eles era simples e só pegar a mangueira nova lá. Meu marido pegou e quando foi trocar, a parte que liga no bebedouro quebrou também e não sai, provavelmente tenha que retirar a parte de trás do aparelho. Liguei agora cedo e falei com a Fabiane, que foi extremamente grosseira, falando que era simples e que nos explicaram, como se fosse obrigação nossa saber trocar a mangueira. Perderam um cliente. Espero que melhorem a atenção com quem é cliente.
I have always used Refritec's services, both in my home and in my office. On Saturday, the purifier hose that turned on the tap broke. I sent the photo and talked to them, according to them it was simple and just get the new hose there. My husband took it and when it was changed, the part that connects to the water cooler also broke and does not come out, I probably have to remove the back of the device. I called early and talked to Fabiane, who was extremely rude, saying it was simple and they explained it to us, as if it was our obligation to know how to change the hose. They lost a customer. I hope that they improve their attention with those who are clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já é a segunda vez que uso serviços da Refritec, na primeira vez, há 2 anos, trocaram a placa eletronica. A geladeira não funcionou. Prá encurtar a estória, levaram minha geladeira e ficaram com ela por UM MÊS, pq não sabiam qual o problema. Na quinta passada (dia 31/03/2021), trocaram o ventilador q tinha queimado. Funcionou até hoje cedo, agora parou de sair ar pelas aberturas. Liguei lá e me disseram que só amanhã vem alguém ver o que acontece. E o q vou perder, quem paga? Péssimo atendimento, nunca mais uso serviço deles.
It is already the second time that I use Refritec services, the first time, 2 years ago, they changed the electronic board. The refrigerator did not work. To cut the story short, they took my fridge and stayed with it for ONE MONTH, because they didn't know what the problem was. Last Thursday (03/31/2021), they changed the fan that had burned out. It worked until today, now air has stopped coming out of the openings. I called there and I was told that only tomorrow someone will see what happens. And what will I lose, who pays? Bad service, I never use their service again.
