Após uma limpeza geral no que fiz com essa empresa, o ar , poucos dias depois, já não esfriava, acumulando gelo e todo dia tenho transtornos com isso. Após os técnicos voltarem pela 3ª vez na minha casa, desisti de entrar em contato com a empresa, por estarem atrapalhando meus estudos.. Resumindo, serviço péssimo. Apos uns 30 dias, tive paciencia de ligar pra empresa e pedir suporte, e argumentaram q ja tinha passado o prazo.
Resumo: Não jogue seu dinheiro no lixo com essa empresa incompetente e de suporte péssimO!
Bad experience with the company! I have a Split for 9 years, which never gave problem. After a general cleaning in what I did with this company, the air, a few days later, no longer cooled, accumulating ice and every day I have trouble with it. After the technicians came back for the 3rd time in my house, I gave up contacting the company, because they were hindering my studies. In short, terrible service. After about 30 days, I had the patience to call the company and ask for support, and argued that the deadline had passed.
Summary: Don't Throw Your Money Into The Trash With This Incompetent, Badly Supporting Company!

Estou eu aqui as 5h da manhã desligando e ligando a ar condicionado para que o barulho não acorde minha bebê.
Amanhã, tenho serviço e com certeza vou sentir o sono da noite mal dormida.
Tenho um ar condicionado LG Dual Inverter Voice a mais de um ano, como costumo viajar para o interior muitas vezes não usamos o ar condicionado e a primeira limpeza fiz esse ano. Quando na instalação chamei uma empresa REFRITEC REFRIGERAÇÃO autorizada da LG para instalar o Ar condicionado da LG, foi feito o serviço, passou-se um ano. Chamei a mesma empresa para fazer manutenção (limpeza) e logo na primeira noite após o serviço o aparelho não deixou a gente dormir com barulho que não existia antes; comuniquei a empresa, marcamos a nova visita, desmarquei meus compromissos aguardei o técnico o qual veio e constatou que o barulho seria por causa do vazamento de gás, que poderia está gerando gelo (o gás estava com 50, sendo que havia se passado 62 dias após o primeiro serviço de manutenção, ele disse que o certo para o gás seria de 140 a 150); o gás foi completado, mas o barulho a noite continuou da mesma forma. Aqui estou eu gravando vídeo essa hora sem dormir por causa de um serviço mal feito da REFRITEC REFRIGERAÇÃO, até indiquei os serviços para um colega, coisa que não farei mais. Vou procurar outra autorizada.

Here I am recording video at this time without sleep because of a poor service by REFRITEC REFRIGERAÇÃO, I even indicated the services to a colleague, something I will not do anymore.
