★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um apartamento com essa imobiliária há exatos 5 meses e desde então só desgosto e dores de cabeça. Poderia enumerar aqui diversas coisas que já ocorreram até então mas vou resumir dizendo que não são profissionais, parecem amadores, mal organizados, atrapalhados, esquecidos, não sabem interpretar textos e muito menos lidar com clientes. Eles tem que aprender muito, serem mais profissionais e receber treinamentos para que possam estar aptos a abrir uma empresa imobiliária.
De jeito nenhum eu voltaria a fazer algum negócio com eles, não recomendo, se não quiserem ter dor de cabeça, busquem outra imobiliária.
I rented an apartment with this real estate agent exactly 5 months ago and since then I've had nothing but heartache and headaches. I could list here several things that have happened so far, but I will summarize by saying that they are not professionals, they seem amateurish, poorly organized, clumsy, forgetful, they do not know how to interpret texts and much less deal with clients. They have to learn a lot, be more professional and receive training so that they can be able to open a real estate company.
No way would I do business with them again, I don't recommend it, if you don't want to have a headache, look for another realtor.
