What phone for if you don't answer ???? I called Thursday, today. No wonder, we see cases of children murdered with some history of contacting the guardianship council. This is not a serious service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sensação que fica é que não querem nos atender, telefone chama ninguém atende e assim ficamos, duvido se séria assim caso fosse uma instituição privada mas como é pública parece não querer muita conversa não...
The feeling is that they don't want to answer us, the phone calls no one answers and that's how we stay, I doubt if it would be like that if it were a private institution but as it's public it doesn't seem to want much conversation...

Very good, the very attentive staff, the service acted well, I don't count on the people who work there who arrive and go talk to use the cell phone, it's sad but that happens.

Guys, just to let you know that the time there is wrong. They are open from 8 am to 2 pm. I just got back from there and it was already closed with the service board from 8 am to 2 pm.
