★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, vários números de telefone, mas ninguém atende, quando raramente uma ligação é transferida, a informação é passada errada, conseguir outro contato, só por milagre, acredito ser o único CREA quem nem a ouvidoria responde... dos muitos que preciso contactar, esse é definitivamente o pior !!!
Lousy service, several phone numbers, but no one answers, when a call is rarely transferred, information is wrong, get another contact, just by miracle, I believe to be the only CREA who does not even answer the Ombudsman ... of the many I need contact, this is definitely the worst !!!

Atendimento padrão de qualidade Brasil, aquele atendimento que só é sim ou não, localização de pouca facilidade de acesso, todo órgão público deve ser de fácil acesso, pois muitas pessoas não são bem desenroladas e se perdem facilmente, é isso aí, no mais tudo igualmente igual!!

Standard quality service Brazil, that service that is only yes or no, location with little accessibility, every public agency must be easily accessible, because many people are not well developed and are easily lost, that's it, most of all equally the same !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não sei o porquê de tantos telefones diferentes se nenhum funcionário atende. Fui atendida rapidamente pelo número do whatsapp, porém fui encaminhada a ligar em um número específico e esse número nunca me atendeu. Péssimo atendimento.
I don't know why so many different phones if no employee answers. I was answered quickly by the whatsapp number, but I was sent to call a specific number and that number never answered me. Terrible attendance.
