★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim instalação pior ainda , e quando você vai lá pra fazer algum tipo de serviço os funcionários ainda acha ruim . Não quer atender direto a pessoa. Só querem ganhar o dinheiro da pessoa e más nada oq acontecer no carro eles não tão nem aí, cuidado quando for instalar GNV nesse local pesquise outros locais primeiro experiência própria. Pois inslaei em outro local e ficou show de bola rodei já 1 ano sem problema nenhum graças a Deus . Com profissionais de verdade

They just want to earn the person's money and nothing happens in the car, they don't really care, be careful when installing CNG in that place, search for other places first, own experience. Because I was insulted in another place and it was a ball show I rode for 1 year without any problem thanks to God. With real professionals

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei para instalar GNV no meu carro ,me ligaram confirmando a data 05/11/2021e chegando lá não tinha cilindro,o proprietário informou que a recepcionista iria ligar para mim até hj né estou no aguardo 09/11/2021.
Mas já que aconteceu isso, instalei em outros local.
Desde já agradeço pela atenção e serviço prestado
I scheduled to install CNG in my car, they called me confirming the date 11/05/2021 and when I got there there was no cylinder, the owner informed that the receptionist would call me until today, right I'm waiting 11/09/2021.
But since that happened, I installed it elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma conversão para GNV, colocaram um cilindro provisório, pedindo para retornar a semana seguinte para colocar o cilindro definitivo.
Deixei o carro na terça-feira meio dia, fui buscar o carro na quarta-feira 16 horas e o serviço de troca do cilindro não tinha sido feito ainda, sendo que tinha que abastecer e regular o carro ainda, sair pra abastecer as 18:40 pra retornar ainda e regular, ou seja, vc precisa de tempo pra fazer esse serviço nesse lugar específico.
Sem falar que um senhor que é funcionário me desrespeitou e me deixando muito constrangido, até mesmo os clientes que estavam no local reclamou do tratamento deste funcionário em questão.
Sem falar na desorganização do local, do horário, até mesmo o dono ignorou um probleminha que relatei sobre o gás que estava escapando.
A única pessoa que tive contato e que me ajudou a resolver e me pediu desculpas pelos os ocorridos foi a Raiane.

Not to mention that a gentleman who is an employee disrespected me and made me very embarrassed, even the customers who were at the place complained about the treatment of this employee in question.
Not to mention the disorganization of the place, the time, even the owner ignored a little problem I reported about the gas that was escaping.
The only person I had contact with and who helped me solve it and apologized for what had happened was Raiane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei o cilindro no ato do pagamento o funcionário pergunta se queremos sair já com a documentação para realizar a vistoria do inmetro disse que sim, instalei o kit me encaminharam apenas uma nota fiscal e já vai completar 30 dias a enrolação para me entregar o laudo para eu poder ir no inmetro realizar a vistoria... em nenhum momento eles ligam para da uma satisfação eu msm que tenho que entrar em contato e ouvir desculpas....
