PERDI VARIAS HORAS DE SERVIÇO SAINDO PRA IR NA DRS, POIS NÃO ATENDEM TELEFONE PRA INFORMAR A POPULAÇÃO. E CHEGA LÁ NÃO TEM O QUE TEMOS QUE PEGAR. ACHO UMA FALTA DE CONSIDERAÇÃO COM A POPULAÇÃO. DEVERIAM MELHORAR A QUESTÃO DE INFORMAÇÃO. DIVULGAR MELHOR ISSO .
THE BALCONY ATTENDANCE IS VERY GOOD BUT THE PHONE IS PESSIMO. DO NOT ATTEND. WITHOUT TALKING ABOUT THE HOURS OF SERVICE, WHICH IS VERY DIFFICULT. I LOST VARIOUS HOURS OF SERVICE LEAVING TO GO TO DRS, AS THEY DO NOT ANSWER A PHONE TO INFORM THE POPULATION. AND ARRIVES THERE DO NOT HAVE WHAT WE HAVE TO TAKE. I THINK A LACK OF CONSIDERATION WITH THE POPULATION. THEY SHOULD IMPROVE THE QUESTION OF INFORMATION. PROMOTE THIS BETTER.
