★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no prédio da prefeitura mas não nela, adorei a UBS Mooca I, atendimento e funcionários. Tmb excelente trabalho para idosos na Moocanda.
 I was in the city hall building but not there, I loved UBS Mooca I, service and staff. Tmb excellent work for seniors in Moocanda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total,onde no Google diz que o atendimento presencial seria das 8:00 às 17:00,mas chegando lá ,não tinha ninguém sendo atendido,funcionários parados,sem vontade de trabalhar,me obrigaram a voltar para casa e agendar horário em um site que não funciona,liguei para 156 para agendar horário para aqui a 10 dias,infelizmente pagamos impostos para os funcionários ficarem no watssap,revoltante

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem uma quadra dedicada ao basquete, das 3 quadras compartilhadas com o futebol, só uma delas tem 1 tabela só com aro e mesmo assim essa quadra vive alugada pelo futebol, poderiam colocar uma quadra só (só para basquete) com as tabelas em ordem para o pessoal jogar, tem bastante gente querendo e não temos uma quadra no bairro, precisamos ir no Ceret onde tem 3 quadras completas com rede e tudo pra poder jogar .
It doesn't have a court dedicated to basketball, of the 3 courts shared with football, only one of them has 1 table only with a rim and even so this court is rented by football, they could put a single court (only for basketball) with the tables in order for people to play, there are a lot of people wanting it and we don't have a court in the neighborhood, we need to go to Ceret where there are 3 complete courts with nets and everything to be able to play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando ligar e desligam a ligação, aí vem uma mensagem dizendo que o funcionamento é das 8 da manhã as 17, então estou dentro do horário e mesmo assim só desligam direto.
I'm trying to call and they hang up, then a message comes up saying it's open from 8 am to 5 pm, so I'm on time and even then they just hang up straight away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, porque fui no dia 20 de Abril de 2022, 5a,.feira, às 09.32h. nao tina ninguém para ser atendido e eu queria saber se faziam a 2a.via do cartão Especial ou do Idoso,porque o perdi há dias, mas o cancelei logo que perdi.
Por vários contra tempos, somente agora estou podendo fazer o pedido da.via do cartão. Fazia por telefone e vinha direitinho para a minha residencia, mas quando soube que tinha podia fazer pela internet ou pessoalmente me entristeceu, porque nenhuma atendente teve o respeito de me orientar. Pelo 156, dia 20 acima, às 11.22h, Thais (Tais) Santos, prot.20220080181440 nada fez para me ajudar, só dizia que tinha que ser pessoalmente. Tenho Prótese no joelho e moro sozinha. Nao tenho condiçóes de ir em locais longe. Fui ignorada na Pref. da Moóca, pelo Sr. Adalberto, no dia citado acima, pois estava tomando sol , conversando e comendo coxinha. Dizendo que tiraram o C.A.T.
Me descartou !
