★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável como funciona o serviço público no nosso município.Cheguei às 16:50 e os funcionários já tinham fechado as portas.Um absurdo como não têm compromisso com horários.
It is unfortunate how the public service works in our municipality. I arrived at 4:50 pm and the employees had already closed their doors. It is absurd as they have no commitment to schedules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone. Há dias eu ligo várias vezes em horários diferentes. Acho que os funcionários não vão ou não querem atender. Péssimo serviço.
No one answer the phone. I have been calling several times at different times for days. I think the employees don't go or don't want to answer. Terrible service.

THEY NEVER NEVER ANSWER!!! THE ONLY REGIONAL THAT DOESN'T ANSWER THE PHONE, makes the person go around 10 times and the m&rd@ of the identity hasn't arrived yet! I hate it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei as 8h da manhã para atendimento, abertura de protocolo, fiquei até as 9h e a única pessoa que faz o atendimento havia ido para uma consulta não tinha hora pra chegar... Que absurdo gente, por isso que o Brasil não vai pra frente. Descaso com a sociedade que paga seus impostos!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria só que eles atendessem, pq poderia evitar até a gente ir até lá, as vezes por telefone tiramos dúvidas. Mas é isso… nem todo mundo tem empatia com o outro.
I just wanted them to answer, because I could avoid even going there, sometimes we ask questions over the phone. But that's it… not everyone empathizes with each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei de 8h05min até 8h20min ligando para fazer denúncia de ponto focal de mosquitos e não fui atendido. Liguei para 34332889 e 34332800 e nada... Ninguém atende.
I stayed from 8:05 am to 8:20 am calling to report a mosquito focal point and I was not answered. I called 34332889 and 34332800 and nothing... No one answers.
