 They don't answer the email, don't answer calls on any of the numbers informed on the website. They are being silent, especially with the students from the interior. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tenho pontos negativos para falar: sou do interior do estado e levo 3 horas de viagem fluvial para chegar na capital, e quando chego 7 hs encontro uma informe que diz que atendimento só apartir da 9 hs, os Telefones ninguém atende, o site nunca está atualizado , acho que COVID só está neste setor. Tenham respeito com o público que precisam do atendimento desse setor. Minha nota é 000000,00000. Pelo menos lá dentro fui bem atendida, o problema é consegui entrar.
I only have negative points to say: I'm from the interior of the state and it takes 3 hours of river travel to get to the capital, and when I arrive at 7 am I find a report that says that I only attend from 9 am, the Telephones are not answered, the site never is up to date, I think COVID is only in this sector. Respect the public who need the service from this sector. My grade is 000000.00000. At least inside I was well attended, the problem is I managed to get in.

DOES THIS SECTOR EVEN EXIST????? My process has been stalled there for over a month for me to GRADUATE and nothing! They don't answer the phone, or email, or analyze the process. Very sad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consigo contato com nenhum telefone, chama até dizer chega, perdi as contas de quantas vezes tentei contato sem sucesso, qual o problema com o atendimento? Enviei um email e até agora não obtive resposta, atendimento mesmo?! Não existe. Falta de respeito com o usuário. Não sei como funciona o atendimento presencial, mas deveriam dar atenção àqueles que não podem ir a capital obter informações.
I can't contact any phone, calls until I say enough, I lost count of how many times I tried to contact without success, what's the problem with the service? I sent an email and so far I have not received a response. Does not exist. Lack of respect for the user. I don't know how the face-to-face service works, but they should pay attention to those who can't go to the capital to get information.
