If you need any service and cannot go there, be patient and have time, as they ask for 3 to 5 days to answer e-mail, and sometimes that time is not met. Many times I tried to call, and there was no phone signal.

o cartório está funcionando? tentei ligar diversas vezes (diversas mesmo!) mas ninguém atende. Mandei mensagem no whats app também mas não tive nenhum retorno.
Precisei fazer uma reclamação formal junto ao Tribunal de Justiça de São paulo para ser atendido. É uma pena ter que chegar nessa situação, mas foi necessário.

is the registry working? I tried to call several times (several even!) but no one answers. I sent a message on whats app too but I didn't get any feedback.
I had to file a formal complaint with the São Paulo Court of Justice to be served. It is a pity to have to arrive in this situation, but it was necessary.
