★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento e do horário que o cartório fica aberto, que é das 8 as 14 horas e sábado não trabalho diferente em São Paulo o cartório fica das 8 as 17 e sábado 8 as 12 isso que é trabalhando pelo povo.
 I didn't like the service and the hours that the registry office is open, which is from 8 am to 2 pm and Saturday I don't work differently in São Paulo the registry office is from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm that's what it's working for the people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo cartório. O pior de Salvador. Os funcionários complemente despreparados, passam informações incorretas. Muita espera para ser atendido, MUITA mesmo.
O cartório está sempre cheio... não sei se é porque há muitos clientes ou se é por pura incompetência deles que acabam por fazer a mesma pessoa voltar ao cartório várias vezes para resolver um único documento. Sem falar na demora para despachar o atendimento, ninguém vai lá para passar menos de 1 hora de espera e ainda sai de lá sem ter nada resolvido. Enquanto que em outros cartórios
de registro civil em 10 minutos está tudo resolvido. UMA VERGONHA!
Bad notary. The worst in Salvador. Employees are completely unprepared, pass on incorrect information. A lot of waiting to be served, A LOT of it.
The registry office is always full... I don't know if it's because there are many clients or if it's their sheer incompetence that they end up making the same person go back to the registry several times to resolve a single document. Not to mention the delay in dispatching the service, no one goes there to spend less than 1 hour waiting and still leaves without having anything resolved. While in other registries
of civil registration in 10 minutes everything is resolved. A SHAME!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato por telefone e e-mail e até agora não obtive retorno! Isso que foi a pedido deles mesmos, após rejeitarem uma solicitação de certidão feita pelo CRC.
I contacted them by phone and email and so far I have not received a response! This was at their request, after rejecting a request for a certificate made by the CRC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível, meu noivo foi tirar a segunda via da certidão de nascimento e eles erraram um dado não colocando o nome da avó dele na certidão sendo que na primeira via tinha essa informação, até hj não querem corrigir o erro deles mesmo
Terrible, my fiance went to take the duplicate of the birth certificate and they made a mistake by not putting his grandmother's name on the certificate and the first copy had this information, until today they don't want to correct their mistake

Terrible. WORST REGISTRY OF SALVADOR. They ask for 1 week to deliver the certificate and when you arrive, they didn't even do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou do Rio de Janeiro e precisei de uma segunda via da certidão de nascimento de minha tia. Solicitei aqui pelo Cartório do 4º RCPN. Foi dado o prazo até o dia 25 de março mas me dirigi ao Cartório e não estava pronta. Liguei para esse Cartório de Salvador e fui atendida pelo Lucas que pediu para ligar em 15 minutos, após esse prazo liguei novamente e fui atendida pela Marie que informou que a certidão já tinha sido enviada naquele momento. Também anteriormente, enviei um e-mail e recebi mensagem do Rafael informando que estava providenciando a certidão.
Agradeço imensamente pela eficiência desse cartório e por seus funcionários.

I'm from Rio de Janeiro and I needed a duplicate of my aunt's birth certificate. I requested here through the Registry of the 4th RCPN. The deadline was until March 25th, but I went to the Notary's Office and I wasn't ready. I called this Salvador Registry Office and was answered by Lucas who asked to call in 15 minutes, after that period I called again and was answered by Marie who informed that the certificate had already been sent at that time. Also previously, I sent an email and received a message from Rafael informing that he was providing the certificate.
I am immensely grateful for the efficiency of this office and for its employees.
