★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo horrível meu filho ficou na fila para ser atendido pois dependia da declaração de endereço que a Marinha pediu para entregar amanhã ele chegou na fila ia dar 17 horas da tarde o estabelecimento fecha às 17:30 ele foi atendido quando ele entrou adiantou toda a documentação pois avó dele estava no carro esperando a hora dela para assinar a documentação e reconhecer firma então ele esqueceu o CPF dela não deixaram ele pegar no carro e não pararam de responder para ele que tinha que ir em bora uma falta de respeito com o garoto e senhora de idade mais não tem problema tudo nessa vida tem volta era só deixar ele pegar o documento em frente o cartório

Se negaram a abrir firma e reconhecer a assinatura da minha mãe alegando que a identidade dela era antiga! Onde já se viu?
Carteira de identidade não tem validade!
Estamos em 2021 e o cartóriozinho de São Pedro não tem nenhum recurso mesmo!
Fui ao cartório de Cabo Frio e resolvi tudo em 15 min! Competência é outra história!
Sugiro a aposentadoria do tabelião gagá e ultrapassado deste cartório de São Pedro.

They refused to open a firm and recognize my mother's signature claiming that her identity was old! Where have you seen yourself?
ID card is not valid!
We are in 2021 and the São Pedro registry office doesn't have any resources at all!
I went to the registry office in Cabo Frio and solved everything in 15 minutes! Competence is another story!
I suggest the retirement of the gaga and outdated notary public of this São Pedro registry.

O cartório disse que só fornece pessoalmente, ocorre que estou em outro estado. Minha intenção era fazer a escritura pelo E-notariado, mas pelo visto nem devem saber do que se trata. Em pleno ano de 2022, ter que ir presencialmente para uma simples informação....fica a sugestão de evoluir e modernizar o cartório.
I contacted the notary's office to ask for a list of standard documents to make the deed of purchase and sale. The notary said they only provide it in person, it happens that I'm in another state. My intention was to do the deed by the E-notary, but apparently they must not even know what it is about. In the middle of the year 2022, having to go in person for simple information.... here is the suggestion to evolve and modernize the registry office.
