★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles deveriam atender o telefone pra facilitar o atendimento! Nessa pandemia quanto mais evitarmos lugares de muita movimentação melhor! Mais tenho que ir lá tirar uma pequena dúvida que poderia ser resolvida por telefone! E até um descaso eles terem um número e não atender! Pois só serve pra enfeite!
 They should answer the phone to facilitate the service! In this pandemic, the more we avoid busy places, the better! But I have to go there to take a small question that could be solved by phone! And even neglect they have a number and do not answer! It only serves for decoration!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionários chegam de 9h10 e saem de 12h, mal trabalham e é por ficha se tiver gente a mais não é atendido, é um cartório privado com ações públicas, porém tem o pior atendimento que eu ja vi.
Lousy service, employees arrive at 9:10 am and leave noon, barely work and it is by record if there are too many people is not served, it is a private office with public actions, but it has the worst service I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior lugar pra ser atendido, gente furando fila, com conivência, a espera é do lado de fora do local porque não há espaço dentro, e muita gente esperou horas na fila pra saber que não seriam atendidos quase as onze horas que vieram receber a notícia de que era na ficha e que só quinze pessoas são atendidas por dia.
The worst place to be served, people skipping the line, with connivance, the wait is outside the place because there is no space inside, and many people waited for hours in line to know that they would not be attended to almost the eleven hours that came to receive the news that it was on the record and that only fifteen people are served each day.

The phone just calls and doesn't answer, I'm in another state and I can't get in touch, the only email I found on google doesn't answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, muito difícil de conseguir informação. Duas semanas ligando p o fixo e não atendem. Achei um e-mail de contato num site aleatório ( eles n tem site, nem redes sociais). Não tiraram minha dúvida, responderam pedindo pra ligar pra um n de Cel que quando ligo a pessoa diz que é engano.
Poor service, very difficult to get information. Two weeks calling the landline and no answer. I found a contact email on a random website (they don't have a website or social networks). They didn't answer my question, they answered asking me to call Cel's number that when I call the person says it's a mistake.

Cheguei a ir la pessoalmente por volta das 10:30 da manhã e dei de cara apenas com um rapaz entregado informações impressas tipo a do casamento civil. chegou a dizer que o pessoal que trabalha la saiu e provavelmente não iria voltar mas naquele dia. chegam tarde e com isso deixa a desejar no atendimento. Aconselho se atualizar, criar algum instragram e principalmente atender o TELEFONE. só hoje liguei mais de 10 vezes e mais uma vez ninguém atende
I've been calling the number above for days. I got to go there in person at about 10:30 am and I just came across a guy who delivered printed information like the civil marriage. he even said that the people who work there left and probably would not go back, but that day. they arrive late and it leaves something to be desired in attendance. I advise you to update, create some instragram and mainly answer the PHONE. only today I called more than 10 times and once again no one answers
