★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma reforma grande: cozinha, 2 banheiros, 1 quarto, contrapiso externo 5X20m, chuveiro de piscina com piso e madeiras, fechamento da cozinha com vidros, trocas de janelas e portas, hidráulica de partes e elétrica da casa toda.
O trabalho ficou impecável de modo geral, a equipe muito boa, sem falar no Adelar Pereira, detalhista e profissional completo e bem humorado, importante isso, rs...
Quem já fez reforma sabe, é complicado, mas tive todas as soluções!
Estou muito feliz com minha casa reformada, ficou linda!

I did a big renovation: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, 5x20m external subfloor, pool shower with floor and wood, kitchen closing with glass, window and door changes, hydraulic parts and electrical of the whole house.

João, o engenheiro responsável, aceitou assumir a reforma já em andamento e levou tudo o que era necessário até o fim. Ele sempre se comunicou bem conosco, cuidou de toda a administração da obra, teve bastante paciência. Sempre procurou colocar bons profissionais na obra . A administração da Regulariza reduziu bastante o stress que obras costumam causar. Os orçamentos sempre foram informados com várias opções e muita transparência. É uma empresa honesta.
We hired Regulariza to finish a renovation of a very old farmhouse. João, the responsible engineer, agreed to take over the renovation that was already underway and took everything that was necessary to the end. Também aproveitamos e reformamos o porão e a lavandaria ficou muito bom, além de muita organização com o uso dos materiais. Recomendo o trabalho da Regulariza, sabemos que toda reforma gera um stress mas com a administração do João foi bem tranquilo. Super transparente e comunicativo.
We hired Regulariza for some repairs, we had a problem on the roof, with the specialized team it was new and in addition to the reinforcement he needed, João, the engineer in charge, very attentive and always guiding his team.
