Garçonete de domingo é uma mal educada
Mas a pizza é uma delícia, porém troquem essa garçonete da cara azeda por favor, atendeu eu e meus amigos super mal, foi uma tosca e ainda mandei ela dividir 2x no cartão e ela só colocou em uma e NAO falou nada, pensou que a gente tava comendo d graça, mal sabe ela que quem paga a gorjeta dela somos nós, então saiba tratar todos por igual.
Poor service
Sunday waitress is rude
But the pizza is a delight, however, change that waitress from the sour face please, it answered me and my friends super bad, it was a rough and I even had her share 2x on the card and she just put in one and NAO said nothing, people were eating it gracefully, she hardly knows that whoever pays her is us, so know how to treat everyone equally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi horrível por causa do atendimento! Era uma data comemorativa para mim, meu esposo me presenteou com um belo buquê de flores e chocolate. Ele me deu a opção de escolher um lugar pra jantar, mas optei por uma simples pizza por estar cansada e não querer me produzir formalmente. Eu estava feliz e me desloquei em meu automóvel com meu marido para esse estabelecimento e uma moça estragou todo o clima em que a gente estava! Ela atendeu meu esposo super mal, acho que porque estávamos vestidos de maneira casual e foi super seca! Eu estava disposta a escolher o melhor pedido (como era um dia especial) mas depois da experiência pensei em desistir e ir embora, mas por educação escolhi uma pizza média que estava no valor de 24,00, e claro que optei para viagem pq eu não conseguiria me sentir bem naquele ambiente pq eu estava constrangida! Eu não vou citar nomes, mas a moça tinha uma tatuagem no braço. Eu dei duas estrelas pq eu amei a pizza e sei que merece até cinco estrelas, mas pelo constrangimento eu dou os duas para o estabelecimento! A pizza é ótima e bem recheada mas eu nunca mais voltarei nesse estabelecimento outra vez. O senhor responsável pode ter certeza que se não for tomadas medidas essa moça ainda vai constranger muitas pessoas! Eu não vou indicar essa pizzaria pra ninguém pelo atendimento. Os responsáveis precisam investir em funcionários preparados e isso precisa ser aplicado no estabelecimento Rei da Pizza. Não adianta um alimento ser feito com ótimos ingredientes se tem um péssimo atendimento pq isso tira a fome de muita gente! :)
My experience was horrible because of the customer service! It was a commemorative date for me, my husband presented me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and chocolate. He gave me the option of choosing a place for dinner, but I opted for a simple pizza because I was tired and did not want to be formally produced. I was happy and I moved in my car with my husband to this establishment and a girl ruined the whole atmosphere we were in! She attended my super bad husband, I think because we were dressed in a casual way and it was super dry! I was willing to choose the best order (as it was a special day) but after the experience I thought about giving up and leaving, but by education I chose an average pizza that was worth 24.00, and of course I opted for travel because I I could not feel good in that environment because I was embarrassed! I'm not going to name names, but the girl had a tattoo on her arm. I gave two stars because I loved the pizza and I know it deserves up to five stars, but by the embarrassment I give both to the establishment! The pizza is great and well stuffed but I will never go back to this establishment again. The man in charge can be sure that if no action is taken this girl will still embarrass many people! I'm not going to point this pizzeria to anyone for service. Those in charge need to invest in prepared employees and this needs to be applied at the King's Pizza establishment. It does not matter if a food is made with great ingredients if it has a poor service because it takes away the hunger of many people! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza ? ruim e cara, ainda tem uma taxa de serviço de 5R$ que não entendi o porquê?! Enfim existe outras opções mais viáveis. Não só pelo preço mas a qualidade deixa a deseja.
Pizza is bad and expensive, it still has a service charge of 5R$ that I don't understand why?! Anyway, there are other more viable options. Not only for the price, but the quality leaves something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fui pq divulgaram que estavam trabalhando com rodízio porem so perdi meu dinheiro. Passei duas horas no local rodízio de 30.00 por pessoa ao chegar esperei 30 mim e os pratos colocaram na mesa, reclamei os pratos vieram e mais uns 30mim chegou a primeira fatia de pizza.
Enfim decepcionada passei mais de 2 hrs no local fui ml atendida passaram na mesa pra servir pizza mesmo 2 vezes só e nada mais.
Se não dao comta de um rodízio não trabalhem com o mesmo pois so gera insatisfação nos seus clientes.
Eu mesma nao indico a ninguém.
Terrible service, I went because they disclosed that they were working with rotation but I just lost my money. I spent two hours at the local rodízio of 30.00 per person when I arrived I waited for 30 me and the dishes were placed on the table, I complained the dishes came and another 30 minutes arrived for the first slice of pizza.
Finally disappointed, I spent more than 2 hrs at the place, I was served, they went to the table to serve pizza even twice and nothing more.
If you don't have a rotation, don't work with it because it only generates dissatisfaction in your customers.
I don't recommend it to anyone myself.
