★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasa demais na entrega da Pizza. Deve só ter 1 motoboy nesta unidade. Não é possível tamanha demora o prazo é sempre 50 minutos. Mentira! No minimo 1:30... Melhorem isso honrem com o compromisso e a pontualidade. Isso é fazer o cliente de trouxa.
It's too late in delivering the Pizza. There should only be 1 motorcycle courier in this unit. It is not possible to take such a long time, the deadline is always 50 minutes. Lie! At least 1:30... Improve it, honor it with commitment and punctuality. This is making the client a muggle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, fiz um pedido as 22:30 a atendente fala que é 50 minutos de espera. Quando deu 23:30 liguei e os mesmos me informaram que tinha acabado de sair pra entrega e que tinha atrasado um pouco, porque surgiu um segundo pedido pro meu bairro. Fiquei aguardando, 00:00 meu pedido não tinha chego. Quando deu 00:30 pedi minha esposa pra ligar porque eu já estava nervoso. A desculpa da atendente foi que o motoboy estava com 8 entregas. O próprio entregador chegou aqui falando que tinha acabado de tirar meu pedido da pizzaria. E outra horrível a qualidade. Comprei um beirute de lombo, que chegou atrasado, com a massa crua, sem gosto e frio já. Então achei uma falta de respeito. Mentir por 2 vezes e fazer aguardar por 2 horas um pedido que era 50 minutos.
