Fui o ano passado na loja com intuito de comprar a bateria nova.
Onde com espanto não precisei. O Pessoal da Rei das Baterias mediu a bateria e ainda poderia rodar um tempo. Agora depois de 8 meses precisei de fato trocar. A concessionária queria me enfiar a faca, e o pessoal da Rei das Baterias cobrou o preço justo e sem mentiras. Fez a entrega quando solicitei e tudo resolvido.

Where with amazement I didn't need it. The people at Rei das Batteries measured the battery and it could still run for a while. Now after 8 months I really needed to change it. The dealership wanted to put the knife in me, and the people at Rei das Batteries charged the fair price and no lies. Delivered when I asked for it and everything was resolved.

Fiz o pedido por WhatsApp e menos de 1h depois recebi a bateria em casa, com instalação grátis. Recomendo fortemente a empresa!
I didn't know the company, but I found it in an internet search. I made contact by WhatsApp, being promptly attended to. After quotes, conclude that they have the best price in the region. I ordered by WhatsApp and less than 1 hour later I received the battery at home, with free installation. I highly recommend the company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente. Negociei por whatsapp, o retorno foi rápido e foi a consulta q fiz que me deu mais opções de marcas, além do preço tb ser muito bom. O Pós venda tb foi muito bom, após instalação da bateria nova o alarme disparou e não me permitia ligar o carro sem q a sirene tocasse. Troquei a bateria em uma 6a f final de tarde, e no sábado de manhã o instalador estava lá para tentar resolver o problema. Recomendo e quando precisar os procurarei novamente.
Great. I negotiated by whatsapp, the response was fast and it was the consultation I made that gave me more brand options, in addition to the price being also very good. After-sales service was also very good, after installing the new battery, the alarm went off and did not allow me to start the car without the siren sounding. I changed the battery on a 6th f late afternoon, and on Saturday morning the installer was there to try to fix the problem. I recommend them and when I need them I will look for them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Me deixou na mão. Combinou um horário de entrega...não entregou...não dava retorno às msgs enviadas pelo WhatsApp e acabei levando prejuízo pois dependo do carro para trabalho. Que outros tenham mais sorte...pois eu tomei no c*!
Em resposta a empresa: eu marquei 2 horários. O primeiro qdo vi que não iam chegar a tempo, solicitei a troca para não correr o risco do entregar perder a viagem pois não teria ninguém no local. Na marcação do segundo horário já teria gente no local e estava só aguardando o entregador que só apareceu quase duas horas depois qdo cancelei o pedido pq ninguém da empresa dava retorno ou respondia as msg.
I do not recommend. Left me in the lurch. He agreed on a delivery time...didn't deliver...he didn't return messages sent by WhatsApp and I ended up taking a loss because I depend on the car for work. May others have better luck...because I took it in the c*!
In response to the company: I booked 2 appointments. The first time I saw that they weren't going to arrive on time, I requested an exchange so I wouldn't run the risk of losing the trip because there would be no one there. At the appointment of the second time, there would already be people at the place and I was just waiting for the delivery man who only showed up almost two hours later when I canceled the order because no one from the company returned or answered the messages.
