★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei a bicicleta pra consertar da primeira vez, marcaram o dia de ir pegar e quando cheguei lá não tinha nada pronto pois tinha que consertar mais coisas e não tinha sido informado via telefone nem nada, mas indo lá foi resolvido, resolvi da um crédito colocando a bicicleta pra consertar novamente na sexta, marcaram pra pegar na terça... Fiquei perdendo dinheiro com passagem pois achei que na terça a bicicleta estaria finalizada chegando lá não tinha nada pronto porque não tinha kit freio e se quer foi comunicado pra mim na sexta mesmo ou no sábado pois eu teria ido pegar a bicicleta e não teria feito papel de trouxa, acho que falta muita comunicação e vontade para atender o cliente

I was losing money on tickets because I thought that on Tuesday the bike would be finished getting there, there was nothing ready because there was no brake kit and if it was communicated to me on Friday same or on Saturday because I would have gone to get the bike and would not have played a muggle, I think there is a lot of communication and desire to serve the customer
