★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvidas foi de um grande arrependimento colocar meu tel lá para consertar.. Minha tela havia trincado mais o tel continuou a funcionar,como eu estava em nova campinas resolvi fazer logo o conserto . Foi quando achei essa bendita (para nao dizer outra coisa) loja, o "responsável" da loja me pediu para esperar 30 minutos o atendimento e depois veio me dizer que demoraria mais um pouco me pedindo então para voltar as 17hs.. Perguntei se era garantido mesmo e deixei um tel para recado. Acabou que liguei para o dito cujo na hora de pegar o tel e o mesmo me disse q não estava pronto e só ficaria no outro dia.Como assim?? Trato é trato é deixei um ctt caso houvesse algum imprevisto pois para mim so serviria se o serviço fosse feito no mesmo dia jajque não resido no mesmo bairro.
Acabei chegando na loja,meu tel estava desmontado e o bendito responsável pela loja já não mais se encontrava e nem atendeu a nenhuma ligação,nem mesmo da loja. Aguardei lá até quase 19hs para no fim vir com um telefone emprestado da loja "que nao dava para ouvir as ligações e de quebra vim paa casa com um chip que não era meu e perderam meu chip de linha.. Ou seja,essa loja trata os clientes da "melhor forma"..
Os atendentes são ótimos,mais o dono mostrou o qual capacitado/profissional/responsável ele é..
Se não tinha como onrar com o compromisso,que me ligasse para ir buscar meu tel... Nunca indicaria essa loja,nem para meu inimigo.. Agora é esperar para ter meu tel e ver com vai vir.. Pois gasto e estresse já tive o suficiente.
Without a doubt it was a great regret to put my phone there to fix it. My screen had cracked but the phone continued to work, as I was in new campinas I decided to do the repair right away. It was when I found this blessed (not to say anything else) store, the "responsible" store asked me to wait 30 minutes for the service and then came to tell me it would take a little longer then asking me to return at 5 pm .. I asked if it was guaranteed and I left a tel for message. I ended up calling the said whose time to get the tel and the same told me q was not ready and would only stay the other day. How so ?? Treat is treat is I left a ctt in case there was any unforeseen as for me it would only be useful if the service was done on the same day as I do not live in the same neighborhood.
I ended up arriving at the store, my phone was dismantled and the blessed person in charge of the store was no longer in the room and did not answer any calls, not even from the store. I waited there until almost 7 pm to finally come with a phone borrowed from the store "I couldn't hear the calls and I came home with a chip that was not mine and they lost my line chip. That is, this store is about customers in the "best way" ..
The attendants are great, but the owner showed him who is capable / professional / responsible.
If there was no way to compromise with the commitment, to call me to get my phone ... I would never recommend this store, not even to my enemy .. Now I have to wait to have my phone and see how it will come. I had enough.
