★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A questão e não atender fone e passar informações. Que absurdo. E se não tiver o produto que preciso? .... terei que deslocar vários quilômetros e gastar combustível e tempo para ir na loja confirmar. Isso não tem fundamento. O Cliente realmente não é levado em conta por esta empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação a variedade é muito bom, mas em relação ao atendimento é ruizinho, o maior problema é que se vc quer ligar antes pra saber se tem o produto, não tem atendimento e saber o preço para saber o quanto iremos gastar, eles não informam, um absurdo, pois moro em Bady e vcs não tem a preocupação de atender para venderem, pois eu não piso mais aí.
Nunca vi umas coisas dessas, estamos tão avançados com a tecnologia e vcs ainda andando de carroça...
Qual a diferença de vcs informar preços por telefone para facilitar nossas vidas, que por sinal é muito corrida, de nós chegar aí e perguntar pra um vendedor???
Vcs complicam muito...
