Em ambos, tive um ótimo atendimento desde a negociação até a instalação.
Super pontuais.

I hired the service twice. The first time was the purchase and installation of a glass shower and mirror for the bathroom. Subsequently a mirror for the room.

Quando fiz o orçamento eles me passaram um prazo de 7 dias úteis, faltando 1 dia útil para a instalação eles falaram que só conseguiriam me atender no mês seguinte. O que me deixou bem frustrada, é que avisei que só estava fechando o pedido com eles porque eles tinham me garantido entregar dentro do prazo combinado. Infelizmente nem se desculparam e trataram meu caso com indiferença.
I had a really bad experience. When I made the budget they gave me a period of 7 working days, with 1 working day left for the installation they said they would only be able to attend me in the following month. What really frustrated me was that I told them that I was only closing the order with them because they had guaranteed me to deliver within the agreed deadline. Unfortunately, they didn't even apologize and treated my case with indifference.
