★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na chegada, cliente novo fica perdido, pois os cabelereiros ficam encerrados numa sala envidraçada com ar condicionado, em face aos clientes em outra sala sem informação nenhuma de como proceder, com o tempo vamos entendendo que tem que aguardar ser chamado sem saber se podemos escolher o cabelereiro. O atendimento pessoal na cadeira foi cordial e educado, o trabalho realizado também. Entendo que falta investimento no local, pintura nova e clara, cadeiras e moveis novos, pois engana-se quem ainda pensa que cliente não gosta de ver melhorias.
Upon arrival, new client is lost, because the hairdressers are locked in a glazed room with air conditioning, in front of customers in another room without any information on how to proceed, over time we understand that we have to wait to be called without knowing if we can choose the hairdresser. The personal service in the chair was cordial and polite, the work done too. I understand that there is a lack of investment in the place, new and clear painting, new chairs and furniture, because those who still think that the client does not like to see improvements are mistaken.
