★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um serviço de conserto de tela e botão de power que não ligava. Na primeira semana após ter pego meu celular de volta o celular começou a ter problemas na película. Retornei exatos 20 dias depois para conversar sobre o que tinha acontecido com o celular que tinha apagado do nada. No primeiro contato eles me atenderam de forma nada profissional. Nem sequer testaram meu celular para entender o que tinha ocorrido já disseram que a tela tava trincada e me cobraram 450 reais por uma nova. O rapaz que se diz dono da empresa começou a gritar comigo no que pedi para ele não se alterar, afinal eu era a cliente. No fim das contas o atendimento é péssimo e nem sequer conseguem fazer uma avaliação decente do problema apresentado. Sai de lá,
atravessei a rua e no primeiro teste em outra empresa o rapaz conseguiu ligar meu celular e me informando que era apenas uma situação de atualização de software. Ao que me aparece esta empresa que tive o desprazer de encontrar não tem nenhum tipo de profissionalização e/ou respeito com os clientes.
I did a screen and power button repair job that wouldn't turn on. In the first week after I got my cell phone back, the cell started having problems with the film. I returned exactly 20 days later to talk about what had happened to the cell phone that had gone out of nowhere. In the first contact they attended me in an unprofessional way. They didn't even test my cell phone to understand what had happened, they said that the screen was cracked and they charged me 450 reais for a new one. The guy who claims to be the owner of the company started yelling at me when I asked him not to change, after all I was the client. In the end, the service is terrible and they are not even able to make a decent assessment of the problem presented. Comes out,
I crossed the street and in the first test at another company the guy managed to turn on my cell phone and inform me that it was just a software update situation. As far as I can see, this company that I had the displeasure of finding does not have any kind of professionalism and/or respect for its customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao pedir orçamento de troca de módulo pq o meu estava danificado. Na loja, me disseram que o módulo iria ser original e fechei negócio. Quando me entregaram o serviço , não percebi pq não conheço peças. Só percebi que a tela estava mais escura e com restos de cola ao redor de todo o celular. O módulo que colaram foi o INCELL( paralelo) e fiquei insatisfeita . Portanto, não recomendo nenhum serviço desta loja.
