★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi top... de uns tempos pra cá vem piorando cada vez mais... um dia mandaram apenas a mistura... hj estou esperando há mais de duas horas e não chegou... entrei em contato há 45 min... disseram q houve um acidente e refizeram as marmitas... mas faz 45 min!!! Não respondem mais... não vale mais a pena... qualidade ruim, serviço ruim e descaso com o cliente...
Editado após resposta: entrei em contato e a pessoa prometeu q a comida seria entregue... esperei por horas para o restaurante não ter mais esse prejuízo... isso é ter empatia... não entregaram a marmita... fiquei sem almoçar pois outros restaurantes já haviam fechado... podia NO MÍNIMO ter dito q não ia entregar...
It was already top ... for some time now it has gotten worse and worse ... one day they just sent the mixture ... today I have been waiting for more than two hours and it has not arrived ... I got in touch for 45 min .. they said there was an accident and they remade the lunchboxes ... but it's been 45 min !!! They don't respond anymore ... it's no longer worth it ... poor quality, poor service and neglect with the customer ...
Edited after reply: I contacted and the person promised that the food would be delivered ... I waited for hours for the restaurant to not have this loss anymore ... that is to have empathy ... they didn't deliver the lunch box ... I didn't have lunch because other restaurants had already closed ... I could AT LEAST have said that I wouldn't deliver ...
