★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um chocolate gelado e o mesmo não estava legal. Veio cheio de pó não dissolvido. As mesas ficam cobertas de moscas. O cardápio tem 500 opções, o que pode levar a cair a qualidade. Ja teve vezes que pedi e o funcionário nem sabia que tinha no cardápio.
I asked for a cold chocolate and it was not cool. It came full of undissolved powder. The tables are covered with flies. The menu has 500 options, which can lead to lower quality. There were times I asked and the employee didn't even know it was on the menu.

Já lanchei algumas vezes nesta unidade. Em relação aos produtos, não tem muito o que reportar. Mas algo que é bem ruim lá é o atendimento. Os funcionários do caixa e do balcão parecem que estão sempre com má vontade de dizer os sabores dos salgados.
Quase não abrem a boca para falar e se incomodam se o cliente pergunta novamente.
As vezes as 'etiquetas' que estão na estufa não correspondem ao que está na bandeja.
Passei por essas situações umas 4 vezes. Fiquei sentado na cadeira e observando o atendimento com os outros clientes. A situação se repetiu várias vezes.
I love the Rei do Mate products.
I've had lunch a few times in this unit. Regarding the products, there is not much to report. But something that is really bad there is the service. The cashier and counter staff always seem to be unwilling to say what savory flavors are.
They barely open their mouths to speak and are annoyed if the customer asks again.
Sometimes the 'labels' on the stove do not match what is on the tray.
I went through these situations about 4 times. I sat in the chair and watched the service with other customers. The situation repeated itself several times.

Horrible experience ? the shrimp patty has no shrimp ? the cheese patty is burnt underneath and the pasta is totally unsalted. they can be great in matte and cheese bread.
