Pedi a um funcionário levar meu veículo para trocar o óleo, mesmo não precisando pois ainda faltava 1000km para rodar até a próxima troca.
Mas como iria viajar aproximadamente 1000km achei prudente trocar antes.
Que arrependimento, sempre deixei trocarem o óleo de todos os carros de minha empresa, mas dessa vez chegaram com meu carro fazendo um barulho muito estranho, pedi para retornar lá e eles procuraram todos os defeitos do mundo para eximir da culpa.
Depois de muitas acusações de problemas absurdos que eles disseram q poderia haver, chegou meu mecânico e mostrou todos os pontos q eles levantaram e nada condizia.
Então eles disseram a palavra mágica q todos querem ouvir, “se o problema for nosso, fique tranquilo q pagaremos” mas na verdade entendi q era melhor dizerem isso e sairmos do estabelecimento pois atrapalhava os negócios.
Sei disso porque este ocorrido aconteceu no dia 13/07/21 e até agora nem ligaram para perguntar se poderiam ajudar em alguma coisa ou se encontramos o problema.
Resumindo, meu carro uma Land Rover 2013 a diesel está com o motor fundido porque simplesmente levei meu carro no lugar errado para trocar o óleo.

I asked an employee to take my vehicle to change the oil, even though I didn't need it as I still had 1000km to go until the next change.
But as I would travel approximately 1000km I thought it would be wise to change before.
What a regret, I always let the oil in all the cars in my company change the oil, but this time they arrived with my car making a very strange noise, I asked to go back there and they looked for all the faults in the world to excuse myself from the blame.
After many accusations of absurd problems that they said there might be, my mechanic arrived and showed all the points they raised and nothing matched.
So they said the magic word that everyone wants to hear, “if it's our problem, rest assured that we'll pay” but actually I understood that it was better to say that and leave the establishment because it interfered with business.
I know this because this happened on 7/13/21 and so far they haven't even called to ask if they could help with anything or if we found the problem.
In short, my 2013 Land Rover diesel car has a blown engine because I simply took my car in the wrong place to change the oil.
