★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A princípio o atendimento é prefeito,mas ocorreu uma fatalidade após a troca do óleo meu carro fundio o motor até então estive no local pra falar sobre o problema que ocorreu no meu carro ,e nada fizeram justificaram que seria outro problema e nada pela troca que fizeram ,mas fui em 3 mecânico o mesmo disse que foi óleo errado ,eu gastei em torno de 4.500 e nada de eles se responsabiliza pelo serviço preste bem atenção,eu não esperava ficar na marginal perde o dia de trabalho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, pude acompanhar cada detalhe de perto fui muito bem atendido e todas a minhas dúvidas foram sanadas com muita atenção, parabéns voltarei todas a vezes que for necessário fazer a troca de óleo.

Quiseram ser oportunistas comigo e qndo recusei o valor que me ofereceram, o rapaz disse q teria outro óleo para o veículo mais em conta.
O problema é que em todas as lojas Rei do Óleo que liguei, foram honestos e me passaram o mesmo valor mas essa loja cobrou 80 reais a mais.
Pior que o atendente ainda deu risada na hora de ir embora...
Lamentável.
Prices totally out of other stores with the same name.
They wanted to be opportunistic with me and when I refused the amount they offered me, the guy said he would have another oil for the vehicle that was more affordable.
The problem is that in all the Rei do Óleo stores I called, they were honest and gave me the same amount, but this store charged 80 reais more.
Worse than the attendant still laughed when it was time to leave...
Unfortunate.
