★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao realizar a troca do óleo do cambio de uma Tucson, salve engano no dia 25/22/21, para um serviço que levaria de 45-1h levou 2h25. Tiraram o duto do ar e perderam os parafusos, demoraram para supostamente encontrar, hoje ao abrir o capô observei que apenas colocaram dois parafusos que não eram os originais, portanto, não pegava rosca e ficava tudo balançando fazendo barulho. Sem contar que o carpete do carro, volante e batente da porta estava tudo sujo de óleo, tive que pedir para limpar. Não volto, não recomendo, atendimento muito ruim.
When changing the oil in a Tucson gearbox, save a mistake on 25/22/21, for a service that would take 45-1h, it took 2h25. They took the duct out of the air and lost the screws, they supposedly took some time to find it, today when I opened the hood I noticed that they only placed two screws that weren't the original ones, therefore, they didn't get thread and everything kept shaking with a noise. Not to mention that the car's carpet, steering wheel and door frame were all covered in oil, I had to ask them to clean it. I won't be back, I don't recommend it, very bad service.
